Mindfulness Introduction

Monday  September 22     7-8:30pm     $25

Monday  November  24     7-8:30pm     $25

 

A Half Day of Mindfulness

Saturday   October 4      9:-12:00pm   $50

 

Mindfulness can be defined as
moment by moment,
non-judgmental, non-striving awareness. Participants will learn the practicesof mindfulness
meditation, body-scan and gentle hatha yoga as strategies for dealing with stress in a healthy
more effective way.
