Bridget Rolens, MA, BSOT
Program Facilitator
Bridget brings 30 years of experience in meditative practices and teaches mindfulness meditation in Springfield, Illinois and St. Louis. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy.


 


Mindfulness can be defined as
moment by moment,
non-judgmental, non-striving awareness. Participants will learn the practicesof mindfulness
meditation, body-scan and gentle hatha yoga as strategies for dealing with stress in a healthy
more effective way.
