Sandy Marquart  has been particing yoga for 15+ years. She recently obtained her Yoga Alliance 200 hour certification. She is also a licensed massage therapist. Sandy approaches yoga the way she approaches massage therapy~by breathing and honoring ourselves where we are, we invite the body to open. She believes that yoga is playful and fun and through consistent practice, greater flexibility can be obtained as well as a calm peace of mind. Sandy's classes begin with a centering and always end with shavasana. Guided meditation is sometimes included. She believes yoga and honoring where you are in the moment, is the best gift you can give to yourself.

Jennifer Jones began practicing yoga 5 years ago, and she recently finished her 200 hr Yoga Alliance teacher training, as well as the Masterpeace Studios Mind- Body Stress Reduction Program.  Jennifer has experienced a variety of benefits in her life as a result of her personal yoga practice, and through teaching she hopes to help her students discover the many joys of yoga in their own lives.  Her teaching style is appropriate for many ages and levels, and she encourages students to always listen to and respect their own body.  She believes the practice of honoring one's self on the mat will lead the student toward greater understanding and compassion to him or herself, as well as to others, off the mat.  Jennifer also holds the belief that the union of the breath with the body's movements helps to reunite one with his or her true nature and the Divine within.

Amy Soell discovered yoga in 2000 and immediately felt connected to the practice. She completed her 200 hour teacher training through Barefoot Studios/Jane's House of Wellness in 2007 and continued with a prenatal certification in 2009. Amy's background in social work and public health emphasize her commitment to the mind-body connection and she enjoys creating classes that build strength and flexibility while also connecting with the breath and inner aspect of body awareness and alignment. Amy has the deepest respect and honor for her teachers and students and welcomes the ability to share yoga and it's transformative power with others. Amy has taught in yoga studios, community settings and corporate fitness centers. Off the yoga mat, Amy spends the rest of her time with her husband and 4 young children.
