                      Ongoing Yoga Classes and Mindfulness Circle                            

                         Single class         $12 ($10 student/senior*)

                         5 class card        $55 ($45 student/sernior*) expires in 8 weeks

                        10 class card      $100 ($80 student/senior*) expires in 12 weeks                                                          *College students with a valid ID, seniors 65 and older.

                                      We only accept payment by cash or check.

         We also offer sliding scale fees based on household income for those who need it.

                                                         Yoga Class Guidelines

                                                

  • Arrive a few minutes early for class.  If you do arrive a few minutes late, enter quietly and sit near the door until it is appropriate to get your props and set your mat.
  • We recommend you refrain from eating 1 to 2 hours before practice.
  • Let your teacher know about any injury or health problem that will affect your yoga practice.
  • Please refrain from wearing scented lotion, cologne, or perfume to class as many people are sensitive.
  • Please leave cell phones outside the yoga room (preferably in your car).
  • Remove your shoes at the door, we practice in bare feet.
  • Observe silence while in the yoga room.
  • Let the instructor know if you need to leave early and please take Savasana to complete your practice and exit before the rest of the class takes Savasana, so as not to disturb the other students
  • Please bring your own yoga mat.  We have mats available if you forget yours – but for hygienic reasons, it is best to have your own. Also, if you are perspiration-prone, please bring a towel.
  • Respect and honor the limits of your body.  Remember yoga is not about what you do, but how you do it.  Feel free to rest when you need to.
